Giving Birth to Your PromiseSample

Day 3 – Know Who You Are
Hannah’s name means favored one. Even in her barrenness, she lived from that truth. Her worth was not defined by what she lacked, but by who she was in God’s eyes. She was loved by her husband — but even more, she was chosen by God.
So many people define their identity by success, approval, or results. But true identity comes from relationship, not performance. Hannah’s confidence didn’t come from motherhood; it came from her covenant. Because she knew who she was, she could worship before she ever held her promise.
When you know your identity, you stop striving and start resting. You don’t need to prove yourself — you only need to live as who you already are: God’s beloved child.
About this Plan

Everyone carries a promise from God. Before you were born, He already knew you and had a purpose for your life. You are not here by accident. God has placed something inside of you that longs to come alive; a promise, a calling, a dream that reflects His heart. In this 10-day devotional, we walk through the story of Hannah, the mother of Samuel. Her journey teaches us powerful lessons about prayer, faith, character, and surrender, principles that still lead us to “give birth” to the promises God has placed within us.
