## Crazy Love First, we just want to say thank you for coming to YouVersion and checking out our Overflow Devo. As we mentioned in the video, Crazy Love is a song that represents how God loves us. It’s amazing to think that sometimes we think we know better than God, isn’t it? Our finite brains put together plans and they all look so perfect and then God says “ah, ah, ah, that’s not the plan I have for you.” What’s even more crazy, is that it sometimes upsets us and we question our Father like somehow WE know better. In Job 11 we see part of Zophar’s little chat with Job. While the banter continues to go back and forth, Zophar questions Job and says, “Can you fathom the mysteries of God? Can you probe the limits of the Almighty (Job 11:7)?” And while the Lord, in the end, was kind of displeased with the way Job’s friends judged him, it didn’t take away from the points they were making. After we read that chapter and took in those questions, it was like a mini-awakening. Truly, what do we know that God doesn’t? How can He love us so much to take care of us like that? That’s Crazy! Sometimes people say Christians are the ones that are crazy because we believe in things that are unseen. If crazy is putting God first in all things, serving people without holding back, and loving those around us without condition…. then we are happy to be called crazy.
