SOAP – John 13:34 The true mark of a Christian is godly love. Just as faith in Christ is a gift from God, so is this godly love. Christians are called to love God with our entire being. We are commanded to love one another as God has loved us. God has loved us with an enormous, fierce, sacrificial, supernatural love. How big is our love? Are you loving others as God loves you? There will be times when we may have to stand for truth, admonish someone for sin, or even confront other believers. But all of these actions can still take place in a loving manner. Father God, I thank You for teaching me how to love others. I thank You for sending those people in my life who shared Your amazing love and grace with me. When I struggle, remind me that by Your divine power, You have given me everything I need to live out Your commands. In Jesus' name. Amen.
