Job was Hospitable
Even though we may not be rich, we can “follow that same course of hospitality.”We can share something simple with others, remembering that “17Better a small serving of vegetables with love than a fattened calf with hatred. (http://www.biblica.com/bibles/chapter/?verse=Proverbs1517&version=niv)
” (Prov. 15:17 (http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/bc/r1/lp-e/1102012010/81/0)
)Job’s was not a hypocrite. He was not like the ungodly men who slipped into the first-century congregation and were “admiring personalities for the sake of their own benefit.” (Jude 3, 4, (http://wol.jw.org/en/wol/bc/r1/lp-e/1102012010/82/0)
) Nor did Job cover over his transgression or ‘hide his error in his shirt pocket,’ fearing contempt if others learned of it. He was willing to be examined by God.
