But Even If He Doesn't
Nebuchadnezzar's ego compelled him to build an idol for worship AFTER confessing to Daniel that his God must be the greatest of all gods. He saw God's power first hand when Daniel told him his dream, and translated its meaning.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow down to any false god. Even in the face of the firy furnace, they trusted God. They even told the King that their God could protect them from that fire.
"But even if He didnt! God is completely all powerful. He is worthy of our praise for every good thing in our life! But even if we must go through that trial, even if we lose those good things, even if we don't understand why things are the way they are ... "but even if He doesn't", He is worthy of all our praise.
