It's interesting that Tertullus assumed that if others examined Paul that they would see the same things that he did. How often do we do the very same thing - think that we can see something about someone else's character or behavior & assume that others will see it the same way? And its interesting that Tertullus was wrong, & yet he was convinced that others would see Paul the same way he did.
Good reminder that it's not a good idea to be looking at (judging, accusing) someone else when our efforts are better spent 'finding out the truth by examining ourselves' against the character of Jesus Christ & seeing how we measure up.
