Behold I Do A New Thing
After the children came of Egypt. On the 15 day of the 2nd month. The children of Israel were removed from Egypt 2 months and 5 days. The were reflecting back on where they came from. The minds of the children of israel were so use to where they came from that it was hard for them to accept where they were going. When they met difficulties, they began think that where they came from was easier. You will always have challenges, but you can't let obstacles stop you from going where you are headed. The enemy will try to stop you from reaching your destination. You can not allow your past to tell you when you can go. You can not allow your past to hinder you from your expected end. The Israelites were use to being slaves, but headed to freedom. Egypt is a land of not enough. The wilderness is a place of just enough. But the promised land is a place of abundance. As children of God, you may out of prison, but in bondage in your mind to your past. You've got to CHANGE YOUR WAY OF THINKING! The worst kind of slavery in the world is IN YOUR MIND, BETWEEN YOUR TWO EARS. You can be broke in your bank account, but rich in your spirit! You can know that where you are is a temporary place, and that you are not going to be there long.
And they journeyed from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came to the Wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they departed from the land of Egypt. Then the whole congregation of the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness. And the children of Israel said to them, “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the Lord in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.” (Exodus 16:1-3 NKJV)
You can not go to the next level until your mind changes. God is so good that He is training you where you are in order to get you ready to go to the greater level. There are different challenges before you. Don't shy away from the challenge, but FACE YOUR GIANT!
New King James Version:
“Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. The beast of the field will honor Me, The jackals and the ostriches, Because I give waters in the wilderness And rivers in the desert, To give drink to My people, My chosen. This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise. (Isaiah 43:18-21 NKJV)
Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. The beasts of the field honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen, The people I formed for Myself, that they may set forth My praise [and they shall do it]. (Isaiah 43:18-21 AMP)
The LORD CAN NOT DO ANYTHING NEW WHEN YOU ARE STUCK IN THE OLD. The enemy wants to convince you that you can not come out of this. He will work on you over time. Sometimes when it gets really hard, it is just a camouflage. This is when you are a couple steps away from victory. Whatever is in your mind, is real to you. You have to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Don't let the enemy interfere with your faith by bombarding your mind with negative past experiences. The enemy is afraid of your potential when you walk in the spirit.
"Forget about what's happened; don't keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I'm about to do something brand-new. It's bursting out! Don't you see it? There it is! I'm making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands. Wild animals will say 'Thank you!' —the coyotes and the buzzards— Because I provided water in the desert, rivers through the sun-baked earth, Drinking water for the people I chose, the people I made especially for myself, a people custom-made to praise me. (Isaiah 43:18-21 MSG)
Don't carry extra baggage that hold up your progress. God says that He has a new way for you. The enemy uses what you are familiar with to hold you back. The enemy would tell you that you should not try because you remember what happened when you tried before. Please be encourage that you are closer to victory than you may think. IF YOU TRY, YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE OF WINNING, and BEING PROMOTED. If you don't try, you will surely not realize God's potential in you. God wants you to realize the victory that He has in you. You frustrate the Spirit of God when you don't let Him do for you what He wants to do. You may be experiencing discomfort, because God is changing your status. You are in the moment of transition, and the enemy is trying to keep it from happening. In the transition, you may think, "Why am I going through these things?" "Why is this happening?" You are going through status change, in transition to a new location. Moving UP! God is trying to change your status, move you to a new location, give you new friends etc. He is trying to get you to that place of abundance so that you can experience more greatness. We are a royal priesthood, a holy nation. We have favor! Hold on, and be encouraged!
