October 2017 marks the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation. This monumental transformation of the church and world began when Martin Luther posted Ninety-Five Theses (sentences for discussion) on October 31, 1517. This worship series highlights the Reformation heritage we have received. This is the heritage of God’s grace in Jesus Christ, a heritage we personally experience today and pass on to future generations.

Heritage of Grace: "Be Ready to Share Grace"
LWML Sunday
Sharing God's grace is central to our identity as God's people.
"The purpose of vocation is to love and serve one’s neighbor. This is the test, the criterion, and the guide for how to live out each and every vocation anyone can be called to: How does my calling serve my neighbor? Who are my neighbors in my particular vocation, and how can I serve them with the love of God?"
God at Work by Gene Edward Veith, 39-40
How can we be ready to share God's grace?
1. Be educated about God's mission. The Bible is one big mission trip.
2. Be inspired for mission. What is the fundamental source of this mission inspiration?
3. Find a place to serve in God's mission. Opportunities are all around you.
Over the centuries, God's mission has taken place in many ways and in many places, but two things have been constant. What are they?
