Denn oft vergessen wir, dass ein starkes Selbstwertgefühl eigentlich damit beginnt, dass wir uns selbst WERTschätzen. Dass wir es uns WERT sind, uns selbst zu gönnen und nicht zuletzt, denn das sollte an allererster Stelle in unseren Köpfen verankert sein: dass wir Gott alles WERT waren. WERTvoller geht’s nicht!
