Adapted from the Revised Common Lectionary, this reading plan calls us to return to God with all our hearts, trusting that when we draw near to God, He draws near to us (James 4:2). This forty-day journey runs from Ash Wednesday to Maundy Thursday, pausing each Sunday to remember that Lent is marked not only by fasting, but by weekly feasting in the joy of resurrection.
