It’s easy to not feel like a leader—and instead feel like a man just trying to keep up. Trying to make good decisions, provide well, love faithfully, and not screw things up in the process. Somewhere along the way, leadership became framed as something reserved for the guys who already have it figured out. That lie has sidelined more men than any lack of talent ever could. Biblical leadership begins with following Jesus closely, obeying Him faithfully, and taking responsibility right where you are.
