21 Days in the Gospels (Kids)نموونە

DAY 1: Matthew Chapters 1-4
Jesus called His first disciples to leave their old way of living and learn a completely
new life with Him. When He said they would “fish for people" (Matt 4:19, NIV), He meant He would teach them how to help others discover God’s love and join His family. Jesus shows
us that following Him isn’t just about believing things in our minds; it also means trusting Him with our choices and obeying His words (John 14:15; James 1:22), like choosing to do things God's way even when it’s hard. As we follow Him today, He shapes our hearts so we can help others know Him too.
Refection Questions:
1. The disciples followed Jesus right away.
What’s one small belief or habit that sometimes makes it harder for you to follow Him?
2. What is one thing you can do this week to show someone Jesus’ love?
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for calling the disciples long ago, and calling us today, to follow you
with our whole hearts. Teach us to trust you in every part of our lives, not just the easy parts.
Help us listen to your voice, obey you quickly, and show your love to others. Give us courage
so people can see your goodness through us. Amen.
