ئینجا گدعۆن هات و بینی پیاوێک خەونێک بۆ هاوڕێکەی دەگێڕێتەوە و دەڵێت: «بەڕاستی خەونێکم بینیوە، لە خەونەکە کولێرەیەکی جۆ گلۆربووەوە بۆ ئۆردوگای میدیانییەکان و هاتە چادرەکە و لێیدا، ئیتر کەوت و سەرەوژێری کرد، چادرەکەی تەخت کرد.» هاوڕێکەشی وەڵامی دایەوە: «ئەوە لە شمشێرەکەی گدعۆنی کوڕی یۆئاشی پیاوی ئیسرائیل زیاتر بەولاوە هیچی دیکە نییە. خودا میدیانییەکان و هەموو سوپاکەی خستووەتە ژێر دەستیەوە.» ئیتر کاتێک گدعۆن گوێی لە هەواڵی خەونەکە و لێکدانەوەکەی بوو، کڕنۆشی بۆ خودا برد. پاشان گەڕایەوە ئۆردوگاکەی ئیسرائیل و گوتی: «هەستن، چونکە خودا سوپای میدیانییەکانی خستووەتە ژێر دەستتانەوە.»
