“If speaking is silver, then listening is gold” is an old Turkish proverb. There is a lot of truth in that. But sometimes it is important to speak up. This reading plan discusses various Bible texts that teach you when to speak and when to remain silent, and help you to choose your words wisely.

The Bible is written by different authors and contains different genres of literature. The Basic Training Challenge takes you through books written by prophets and poets to learn more about God’s mission here on earth. Similar to your basic training, this plan will challenge you to get spiritually fit in God’s Word.

Join us as we grow in our understanding of God, ourselves, and the world through the lens of the Bible. Jesus defines discipleship as being obedient to God. Life in Christ is, therefore, incomplete if the knowledge we acquire does not influence our daily lives.
