حەبەقوق 2:1-4

Everywhere you look, it's easy to see pain, frustration, and despair. Even in your own life, maybe you're battling fear and doubt. At times, we all ask the question, "Why, God?" That's why I invite you to join me as we study the book of Habakkuk. Together, we'll examine the honest conversation Habakkuk has with God and discover how to find new encouragement, hope, and God's perspective in life!

As destruction unfolds around him, Habakkuk questions God and His plans. God’s response to Habakkuk reminds us that He alone orders the unfolding of history. Those who are righteous will have faith in His plans (Habakkuk 2:3). Despite the darkness of the season, we too can “rejoice in the Lord” and “take joy in the God of our salvation” (Habakkuk 3:18).

Finding gratitude can feel almost impossible in challenging seasons. This three-day plan, Thankful through the Struggle, invites you to discover God’s presence and provision even in the hardest times. Through the prayers of Habakkuk, you’ll be reminded that gratitude in prayer can forge a pathway to peace.

There is so much more to being a man than the world would have us believe. In this Growth Challenge we will look at the lives of six Biblical heroes and one anti-hero. These men faced the same challenges we face today. Their success (or lack of) was directly related to how closely they walked with God.
