هەروەها فەرمان لەلای منەوە دەرچووە کە هەر کەسێک ئەم فەرمانە بشکێنێت، کاریتەیەک لە ماڵەکەی ڕادەکێشرێت و دەکرێتە ستوونێک و دوای کوشتنی، پێوەی دەکرێت. لەبەر ئەم تاوانە ماڵەکەی دەبێتە کەلاوە. خوداش کە ناوی خۆی لەوێ نیشتەجێ کرد، هەر پاشا و گەلێک لەناودەبات ئەگەر دەستدرێژی بکات بۆ گۆڕینی ئەم فەرمانە یان ڕووخاندنی ئەم پەرستگایەی خودا کە لە ئۆرشەلیمە. من داریوشم فەرمانم دا و با بە وردی جێبەجێ بکرێت. ئینجا تەتەنەی پارێزگاری هەرێمی ئەوبەری فورات و شەتاربوزەنەی لەگەڵ یاوەرەکانیان بە وردی جێبەجێیان کرد، بەگوێرەی ئەوەی داریوشی پاشا ناردبووی. پیرانی جولەکەش بەهۆی ڕاگەیاندنی پەیامی خودا لە لایەن حەگەی پێغەمبەر و زەکەریای نەوەی عیدۆوە، بەردەوام بوون لە بنیادنان و سەرکەوتوو دەبوون. جا بەگوێرەی فەرمانی خودای ئیسرائیل و فەرمانی کۆرش و داریوش و ئەرتەحشەستەی پاشایانی فارس پەرستگاکەیان بنیاد ناوە و تەواویان کرد. ئیتر لە سیی مانگی ئادار، لە ساڵی شەشەمی پاشایەتی داریوش پاشا ئەم پەرستگایە تەواو بوو. نەوەی ئیسرائیلیش لە کاهین و لێڤییەکان و پاشماوەی نەوەی ڕاپێچکراوەکان بە دڵخۆشییەوە ئەم ماڵەی خودایان تەرخان کرد. قوربانیشیان پێشکەش کرد بۆ تەرخانکردنی ئەم ماڵەی خودا، سەد گا و دوو سەد بەران و چوار سەد بەرخ و دوازدە گیسکی نێر، بۆ قوربانی گوناه لە جیاتی هەموو ئیسرائیل، بەگوێرەی هۆزەکانی ئیسرائیل. ئینجا کاهینەکانیان لە بەشەکانی خۆیان دانا و لێڤییەکانیش لە بەشەکانیان لەسەر خزمەتەکەی خودا لە ئۆرشەلیم، هەروەک ئەوەی لە پەڕتووکی موسا نووسراوە.
