The Marriage Supper of the Lamb
After the Rapture, believers will experience two significant events in Heaven—the Judgment Seat of Christ and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. The Judgment Seat of Christ, described in 2 Corinthians 5:10, is where believers are rewarded for their faithfulness. Then comes the grand celebration, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, where the Church is united with Jesus as His bride.
This joyful event mirrors Jewish wedding traditions, where the groom comes to take his bride and then celebrates for seven days. Likewise, our celebration with Christ will last for the seven years of the Tribulation on earth. What a contrast—while the world faces darkness and judgment, believers will be rejoicing in the presence of Jesus!
