This 8-day Bible teaching plan explores the final chapters of Genesis, tracing Joseph’s story and the surprising ways God works through sin, suffering, and failure. Each day demonstrates how God remains faithful when people falter, how grace supersedes guilt, and how the story of Genesis ultimately points us to Jesus. This plan invites you to see your own story through the lens of God’s redemption, forgiveness, and unshakable promises.

Genesis: God's Plan Cannot Be Hindered (Genesis 36-50)

This six-day devotional walks through Genesis 25-35 and follows Jacob as God pursues, protects, and transforms him. These chapters show that God partners with broken people, blesses those who do not deserve it, and keeps His promises even when we fail. Through Jacob’s story, you will see that God’s grace is never earned, always patient, and still at work in your life today.

Genesis: The God Who Never Gives Up (Genesis 25-35)

This nine day plan walks through key moments in Genesis and shows how God stays faithful even when our faith wavers. Through the stories of Abraham, Sarah, Hagar, and Isaac, you’ll see a God who intercedes, provides, protects, and keeps His promises. If you want simple, practical clarity as you read Scripture, this plan will help you trust God in every season.

Genesis: The God Who Keeps His Word (Genesis 12-25)

For millennia, God’s people have been carrying out a weekly Bible study plan. Every year, they read through the Torah from Genesis to Deuteronomy. In synagogue each week, they read and study a Bible passage—the weekly parshah. This week’s parshah is called “Vayetze,” which is Hebrew for “and he left,” and covers Genesis 28:10-32:3.

When anxiety attacks, what should be our response? As we continue our trek through the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus gives us the answer in the conclusion of chapter 6: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33 ESV). In “Seek First”, we’re going to walk through Matthew 6:25–7:11 and take a closer look at four things we’re often tempted to pursue before Jesus. Prayerfully, as we study God’s Word together, our worry will be replaced with a desire to seek Him first!

You'll also get to see some beautiful parallels to the gospel of Jesus in these chapters!
