Psalm 101
101
I Will Walk with Integrity
A Psalm of David.
1I will sing of #[Ex. 34:7]steadfast love and justice;
to you, O Lord, I will make music.
2I will #[Ps. 4:4] ponder the way #Ps. 119:1; Prov. 11:20; [Matt. 5:48] that is blameless.
Oh when will you #[Ex. 20:24; John 14:23] come to me?
I will #1 Kgs. 9:4 walk with #Ps. 78:72integrity of heart
within my house;
3I will not set before my eyes
anything #Deut. 15:9 that is worthless.
I hate the work of those who #See Ps. 40:4fall away;
it shall not cling to me.
4 #
Prov. 11:20; 17:20 A perverse heart shall be far from me;
I will #[1 Cor. 5:11]know nothing of evil.
5Whoever slanders his neighbor #Ps. 15:3 secretly
I will #ver. 8 destroy.
Whoever has a #Ps. 18:27; 131:1; Prov. 6:17; 21:4; 30:13 haughty look and an #Prov. 16:5arrogant heart
I will not endure.
6I will look with favor on the faithful in the land,
that they may dwell with me;
he who walks in #Ps. 119:1; Prov. 11:20; [Matt. 5:48]the way that is blameless
shall minister to me.
7No one who #Ps. 52:2 practices deceit
shall dwell in my house;
no one who utters lies
shall #Ps. 102:28continue before my eyes.
8 # [Ps. 73:14] Morning by morning I will destroy
all the wicked in the land,
#
Ps. 75:10 cutting off all #Ps. 94:4 the evildoers
from #Ps. 48:1, 8; [Isa. 52:1]the city of the Lord.

Psalms 101
101
A psalm of David.
1I will sing of your faithful love and good judgment. I will sing praises to you, Lord.
2I will make sure my life is blameless. When will you come and help me? My life will be one of integrity even in private.#101:2. “Even in private”: literally, “in my house.”
3I will not look at anything evil. I hate doing wrong—I won't have anything to do with it.
4I won't think bad thoughts—I won't even consider anything evil.
5I will silence anyone who secretly slanders their neighbor. I won't tolerate anyone who is proud and arrogant.
6I look for faithful people to live with me; only those who are trustworthy will serve me.
7No one who is dishonest will live in my house; no liars will be allowed in my presence.
8I work every day to silence the wicked in the land, to rid the city of the Lord of all who do evil.
