The Coming of Christ
6Then I was told:
These words are true and can be trusted. The Lord God controls the spirits of his prophets, and he is the one who sent his angel to show his servants what must happen very soon. 7Remember, I am coming soon! God will bless everyone who pays attention to the message of this book.
8My name is John, and I am the one who heard and saw these things. Then after I had heard and seen all this, I knelt down and began to worship at the feet of the angel who had shown it to me.
9But the angel said,
Don't do that! I am a servant, just like you. I am the same as a follower or a prophet or anyone else who obeys what is written in this book. God is the one you should worship.
10Don't keep the prophecies in this book a secret. These things will happen soon.

Dn 12.10. Evil people will keep on being evil, and everyone who is dirty-minded will still be dirty-minded. But good people will keep on doing right, and God's people will always be holy.

I am coming soon! And when I come, I will reward everyone for what they have done. 13#Rev 1.8; Is 44.6; 48.12; Rev 1.17; 2.8. I am Alpha and Omega,#22.13 Alpha and Omega: See the note at 1.8. the first and the last, the beginning and the end.

Gn 2.9; 3.22. God will bless all who have washed their robes. They will each have the right to eat fruit from the tree that gives life, and they can enter the gates of the city. 15But outside the city will be dogs, witches, immoral people, murderers, idol worshipers, and everyone who loves to tell lies and do wrong.

Is 11.1,10. I am Jesus! And I am the one who sent my angel to tell all of you these things for the churches. Is 55.1. The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!”
Everyone who hears this#22.17 who hears this: The reading of the book of Revelation in a service of worship. should say, “Come!”
If you are thirsty, come! If you want life-giving water, come and take it. It's free!

Dt 4.2; 12.32. Here is my warning for everyone who hears the prophecies in this book:
If you add anything to them, God will make you suffer all the terrible troubles written in this book. 19If you take anything away from these prophecies, God will not let you have part in the life-giving tree and in the holy city described in this book.
20The one who has spoken these things says, “I am coming soon!”
So, Lord Jesus, please come soon!
21I pray that the Lord Jesus will be kind to all of you.

Ḥazon (Revelation) 22
22
1And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb.
2In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3And no longer shall there be any curse, and the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
4And they shall see His face, and His Name shall be upon their foreheads.
5And night shall be no more, and they shall have no need of a lamp or the light of the sun, because יהוה Elohim shall give them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
6And he said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. And יהוה Elohim of the set-apart prophets has sent His messenger to show His servants what has to take place with speed.
7“See, I am coming speedily! Blessed is he who guards the words of the prophecy of this book.”
8And I, Yoḥanan, saw and heard these matters. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the messenger who showed me these matters.
9And he said to me, “See, do not! For I am your fellow servant, and of your brothers the prophets, and of those who are guarding the words of this book. Worship Elohim.”
10And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book,#Dan. 12:4 because the time is near.
11“He who does wrong, let him do more wrong; he who is filthy, let him be more filthy; he who is righteous, let him be more righteous; he who is set-apart, let him be more set-apart.
12“And see, I am coming speedily, and My reward is with Me, to give to each according to his work.#See Mat. 16:27; John 5:29
13“I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.
14“Blessed are those doing#See Mat. 19:17 His commands,#Long before the books were compiled to form “The New Testament,” Rev. 22:14 was quoted, as it is here given, by Tertullian (CE 208), and by Cyprian (CE 251) – see the well-known Antenicene Fathers. so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city.
15“But outside are the dogs and those who enchant with drugs, and those who whore, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and all who love and do falsehood.#See Rev. 21:27 and also 2Thes. 2:11
16“I, יהושע, have sent My messenger to witness to you these matters in the assemblies. I am the Root and the Offspring of Dawiḏ,#See Isa. 11:1; Isa. 11:10; Rev. 5:5 the Bright and Morning Star.”
17And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And he who hears, let him say, “Come!” And he who thirsts, come! And he who desires it, take the water of life without paying!
18For I witness to everyone hearing the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to them, Elohim shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book,
19and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, Elohim shall take away his part from the Book#Some manuscripts read ‘tree of life’. of Life, and out of the set-apart city, which are written in this Book.
20He that bears witness of these matters says, “Yes, I am coming speedily.” Amĕn. Yes, come, Master יהושע!
21The favour of our Master יהושע Messiah be with the set-apart ones. Amĕn.
