Thanksgiving is a way of life that Christ commands of his followers. This study will explore thanksgiving as the mode through which Christ defeats sin and preserves good through us. 

The pursuit of Jesus isn’t just for us and shouldn’t stop with us. Following Jesus started thousands of years ago, and it is our mission to continue for generations to come.

We are all aging. There is little point in preparing to age well when we become old—we need to begin much earlier. Regardless of the age or stage of life you may be at right now, the habits you cultivate today shape the years ahead. Like a rechargeable battery, our physical lives need regular recharging and wise care. These five days explore biblical, practical ways to nurture our bodies so that we can serve Christ with joy and endurance.

The first of Paul’s three “pastoral epistles,” 1 Timothy focuses on the church as a “pillar and buttress of the truth” (1 Timothy 3:15). In the letter, Paul commands Timothy to “guard the deposit” (1 Timothy 6:20) by combatting false teachers, protecting the flock of Christ, and structuring the church well. 1 Timothy shows us the incredible privilege of being in God’s church and the high calling of leading it.
