1 REYES 6:1

In this leadership plan, Martijn van Tilborgh equips readers with the biblical strategies, stories, perspectives, and advice to navigate the cultural shift that is occurring in the church. When we better understand the kingdom culture which we all should be striving for with intentionality, we can more effectively pursue it in our lives and in the church.

This reading plan is about a legendary wise man. The Bible says of him, “God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding beyond measure, and breadth of mind like the sand on the seashore.” This reading plan is about him, and about someone who turns out to be even wiser....

In the beginning was the Word … but what came next? This plan is for anyone who wants a better understanding of the Bible. It provides a chronological reading program that endeavors to place all biblical passages in their date order. Part Five of this twelve-part one-year reading plan is titled 'David’s Decline, Solomon’s Reign, 1023 BC–980 BC'.

This is the eleventh installment of a Bible reading plan based on the lectionary pattern, offering daily readings from the Psalms, Old Testament, and New Testament. This month highlights the Beatitudes, Jesus' renowned introduction to His Sermon on the Mount, as a daily focus. Each day also includes devotional primers designed to prepare your heart and mind for a deeper and more meaningful engagement with Scripture.
