Jeremiah 31

31
1At the same time, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), will I be the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of all the families of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and they shall be my people.
2Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), The people [which were] left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; [even] Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], when I went to cause him to rest.
3The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has appeared of old unto me, [saying], Yes, I have loved youi with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn youi.
4Again I will build youi, and youi shall be built, O virgin of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: youi shall again be adorned with youri tambourines, and shall go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
5youi shall yet plant vines upon the mountains of Shomron [watch mountain]: the planters shall plant, and shall eat [them] as common things.
6For there shall be a day, [that] the watchmen upon the mount Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful] shall cry, Arise you2f, and let us go up to Tziyon [parched place] unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
7For thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); Sing with gladness for Ya’akov [Heal of God], and shout among the chief of the nations: publish you2f, praise you2f, and say, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), save youri people, the remnant of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].
8Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, [and] with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travails with child together: a great company shall return there.
9They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful] [is] my firstborn.
10Hear the word of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), O you2f nations, and declare [it] in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd [does] his flock.
11For the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has redeemed Ya’akov [Heal of God], and ransomed him from the hand of [him that was] stronger than he.
12Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Tziyon [parched place], and shall flow together to the goodness of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
13Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
14And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
15Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); A voice was heard in Ramah [Hill], lamentation, [and] bitter weeping; Rachel [ewe] weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they [were] no longer alive.
16Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); Refrain youri voice from weeping, and youri eyes from tears: for youri work shall be rewarded, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
17And there is hope in youri end, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that youri children shall come again to their own border.
18I have surely heard Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful] bemoaning himself [thus]; youi have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed [to the yoke]: turn youi me, and I shall be turned; for youi [are] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
19Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I struck upon [my] thigh: I was ashamed, yes, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach (disgrace; shame) of my youth.
20 [Is] Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful] my dear son? [is he] a pleasant child? for since I spoke against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels (inward parts; affections) are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
21Set youi up waymarks, make youri high heaps: set youri heart toward the highway, [even] the way [which] youi went: turn again, O virgin of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], turn again to these youri cities.
22How long will youi go about, O youi backsliding daughter? for the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass (go around, encircle; encompass) a man.
23Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) bless youi, O habitation of justice, [and] mountain of holiness.
24And there shall dwell in Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they [that] go forth with flocks.
25For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
26Upon this I awakened, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
27Behold, the days come, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that I will sow the house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] and the house of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
28And it shall come to pass, [that] like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
29In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.
30But everyone shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eats the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.
31Behold, the days come, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that I will make a new covenant with the house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and with the house of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised]:
32Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place]; which my covenant they broke, although I was an husband unto them, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate):
33But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]; After those days, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and they shall be my people.
34And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
35Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), which gives the sun for a light by day, [and] the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies] [is] his name:
36If those ordinances depart from before me, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), [then] the seed of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] also shall cease from being a nation before me forever.
37Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] for all that they have done, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
38Behold, the days come, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that the city shall be built to the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) from the Tower of Hanan’el [God is favoured] unto the gate of the corner.
39And the measuring line shall yet go forth over against it upon the hill Garev [scabby], and shall compass (go around, encircle; encompass) about to Go’ah [bellowing].
40And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron [dark], unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, [shall be] holy unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more forever.
