The Burnt Offering
1#Ex 19:3; 25:22And the Lord called Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying: 2#Lev 22:18–19Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: When an individual among you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering from the livestock, either from the herd or from the flock.

Its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar. 16He shall remove its entrails with its feathers and throw it to the east side of the altar to the place of the ashes. 17#Ge 15:10And he shall split it open by its wings, but not tear it in two.
