I Corinthians 15:5-8

What might you find in your medical history, or in your school transcript, that sets you apart from everyone else? What makes you unique? In this last part of the “Uniqueness of Christ” series, pastor Mark Rae lets us dive into Jesus’ unique record. Three events make Him unique. This devotional dives into them.

Are you or your friends struggling with doubts about Jesus? Do you lack confidence in the Gospel stories? Do we just believe in myths? Join us in a three day plan as we explore three reasons to believe that the Gospels describe the real Jesus: eyewitness testimony, undesigned coincidences, and embarrassing details.

Many churches fill their pews at Easter and Christmas. In Old Testament days, only the priest could enter the inner court once a year, but under the New Covenant, Jesus beckons us to visit Him daily. How would you feel if your closest loved ones only showed up twice a year? This 3-day journey, I pray, will nudge your spirit to invite God into a daily walk!

In John’s gospel, Jesus uses the words “I AM,” providing insight into His character, motives, interactions, and priorities. A name God gave for Himself in Exodus, “I AM,” is also Jesus’s not-so-subtle way of letting the world know that He is the Son of God, fully God. The plans in this series will deepen your faith and lead you to worship the Great I AM, Jesus.
