Amos 5:5-6

In 100 carefully selected passages from the Bible, you will discover who Jesus is and why he is so significant – even life-transforming. Through both Old and New Testament readings, you will discover why God sent Jesus, what Jesus taught, how he treated people, why he did miracles, the meaning of his death, the significance of his resurrection, and what the Bible says about his second coming.

Written by the shepherd-prophet Amos, this book exposes Israel's sinful religious hypocrisy and corrupt leadership. Amos prophesies against their rejection of God's law and the terrible social injustice perpetrated against the poor and vulnerable. As Amos foretells judgment on many nations, including Israel, we are reminded of the ultimate need for restoration and the promise of greater redemption.

Through a blend of Scripture readings, clips from “The Chosen,” and devotional material, this 8-day Holy Week reading plan will stir deep reflection and prayer as you’re placed right in the middle of key moments from the final days of Jesus' ministry on earth: from his riding into Jerusalem, to the clearing of the Temple courts, to the Upper Room - and on into the Garden.

This Study traces worship from Moses to David to the early Church. Mosaic worship, structured by the Law, can feel radically different to David's, with his Psalms and dancing, and the worship we recognise from the early church to today. This study strengthens our understanding of how Scripture weaves the story of worship together, deepening our revelation of how wondrous it truly is. This study is meaty, so get ready to engage your brain, open your heart, and leave changed, with a deeper understanding of the price of presence and the wonder of worship.
