Names of God (Part 3): El-Shaddai
• Shaddai occurs almost 50 times in OT.
• It means sufficient and is translated Almighty.
• It is combined with El (God) in OT to make "God Almighty".
• The Greek Septuagint used the Greek word "ikanos", which means all-sufficient.
• El-Shaddai is the one who supplies all our needs.

• Our fruitfulness may require our patience.
