What does a healthy church look like? Far too often, churches are characterized by conflict and controversy. That is why God has given us a structure for both leadership and accountability within the local church. Elders have a responsibility to shepherd the people that God has entrusted to their care, and members have a responsibility to submit to Godly leadership. A healthy church is characterized by unity, by compassion, and by humbleness. Based on 1 Peter 5
